Most Labour Party members of the Scottish Parliament voted for the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill.

LGBT+ Socialists Report :

This evening the UK Labour Party abstained and allowed the government to enact section 35 of the Scotland Act 1998 to prevent the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill from proceeding to Royal Assent.

The result was: 318 Aye, 71 No

Only 11 Labour MPs took a stand for trans rights and voted NO to this afront to democracy, they are:
